That’s why future life science industry tenants of CCL CityLab Leipzig can count themselves lucky: Each floor of the 5-story building (total floorspace: ~7,000 m2) can be individually tailored according to the working environment which is needed, whether laboratory unit or office space. And with the Fraunhofer and Max Planck Institutes, BioCity and BioCube, as well as the University of Leipzig in close proximity, companies who choose CityLab Leipzig will find themselves at the epicenter of the city’s life science and biotech ecosystem.
